<p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction of TelkomProperty Employees in the Bengkulu Region. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all TelkomProperty Employees in the Bengkulu Region. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents using total sampling and data analysis techniques. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis was a simple linear regression analysis and t-test (partial test) which was processed using statistical calculations through the Statistical for the Social Science (SPSS) version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of TelkomProperty Employees in the Bengkulu Region as evidenced by the Work-Life Balance regression coefficient value (X) of 0.674 and a calculated t value of 7.561> t table 1.990 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.</em></p>Jeny SeptiaraRahmat Al HidayatOvita Charolina

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur pengaruh Kemandirian kerja, Soft skill dan Kesiapan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z. PT Ray ChaiN Shoes Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi sepatu dan sandal yang banyak memperkerjakan tenaga kerja dari generasi Z, meskipun generasi Z dikenal memiliki karakteristik posistif seperti melek teknologi, multitasking dan mandiri, namun fenomena dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua karyawan generasi Z menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada faktor internal yang diduga memengaruhi kinerja yaitu kemandirian kerja, soft skill dan kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sebanyak 95 responden. Data primes dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan Google Form dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan Software SPSS Statistics Versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kemandirian kerja, soft skill, dan kesiapan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan generasi Z dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji T yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji F memperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reputasi online dan digital branding terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, serta menguji perbedaan keputusan pembelian berdasarkan faktor demografi pada followers Deliwafa Store di Surabaya Timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan metode survei. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item pernyataan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reputasi online dan digital branding memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa reputasi online berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Nilai t = 8.787 dengan Sig. = 0.000 menunjukkan bahwa konstanta signifikan secara statistik, dan digital branding juga berpengaruh signifikan Nilai B = 0.159 Nilai t = 3.845 dan Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05. Artinya, Digital Branding juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Y. Oleh karena itu, disarankan dalam penelitian ini memperkuat manajemen reputasi online (online reputation management, mengoptimalkan digital branding secara konsisten, serta memperluas strategi influencer marketing. <p>This study aims to analyze the influence of financial accountability and the social contribution of modern retail on the local economy of Boalemo Regency. The rapid growth of modern retail, on the one hand, provides easier access to goods and creates employment opportunities, but on the other hand, it exerts pressure on the sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and traditional markets. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 modern retail outlets that have been operating for at least two years in Boalemo Regency, complemented by limited interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests.</p> <p>The results indicate that financial accountability has a positive and significant effect on the local economy, with a coefficient of 0.463 and a significance value of 0.003. The social contribution of modern retail also has a positive and significant effect on the local economy, with a coefficient of 0.298 and a significance value of 0.022. Simultaneously, financial accountability and social contribution have a significant effect on the local economy, with an Adjusted R² value of 0.64. These findings suggest that financial transparency, compliance with accounting standards, and the social contribution of modern retail play an important role in supporting regional economic stability, although the involvement of local MSMEs in the modern retail supply chain remains relatively limited. This study recommends strengthening local government regulations and integrating modern retail corporate social responsibility programs that are oriented toward strengthening the local economy and ensuring the sustainability of MSMEs.</p>SukriantoFibriyanti S. <p><em>Employee retention among Generation Z has become a strategic challenge for companies in the digital era, especially given the dynamics of a younger workforce that demands more than just financial compensation. This generation is known to prefer workplaces with a strong employer image, a supportive work environment, and clear career development opportunities. This study aims to examine the influence of Employer Branding, Work Engagement, and Career Development on the retention of Generation Z employees. A quantitative approach was used, employing a survey method with 20 respondents who are Generation Z employees at PT Charoen Pokphand. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The F-test results show that the independent variables collectively have a significant influence on employee retention, with an F_calculated value of 917.798 and a significance value of 0.000. Partial test results also indicate that each variable individually has a significant effect. Employer Branding recorded a t_calculated value of 4.219 (p = 0.000), Work Engagement at 3.764 (p = 0.001), and Career Development at 3.840 (p = 0.000). These findings suggest that an effective retention strategy cannot rely on a single factor but must integrate employer image, strong employee engagement, and well-structured career development programs. <p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of competency-based training and development on the improvement of human resource quality at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu Province. The study is based on the importance of enhancing the competencies of government personnel in order to meet dynamic and competitive work demands. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires from 50 employees. Data analysis included quality tests, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality and heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The results show that competency-based training (X1) has a positive and significant effect (t-value 5.283; Sig. 0.000). Likewise, competency-based development (X2) also has a positive and significant effect (t-value 6.239; Sig. 0.000). Simultaneously, both variables (X1 and X2) have a positive and significant effect (F-value 30.474; Sig. 0.000). The coefficient of determination indicates that training and development explain 56.6% of the variation in human resource quality, while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. <p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of live streaming and customer reviews on impulsive buying and customer satisfaction among Zainab Collection consumers. The research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 114 respondents obtained through an online questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that live streaming has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying, live streaming has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer reviews have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and impulsive buying has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. <p><em>This research aims to find out and understand the Influence of Work Placement Competence on Employee Performance at the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Class III Bengkulu. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all employees at the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Class III Bengkulu. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents taken using the distribution of questionnaires and data analysis techniques. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is the simple linear regression analysis and the t test (partial test) which is processed using statistical calculations through the application (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study show that Work Placement Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Class III Bengkulu which is proven by the regression coefficient value (Work Placement Competency X) of 0.075 and the calculated t value of 2.824 with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05. <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh pemahaman wajib pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak, serta penerapan self-assessment system terhadap kepatuhan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor. Kecamatan Gempol dipilih sebagai lokasi studi karena memiliki jumlah objek pajak kendaraan bermotor terbanyak di Kabupaten Pasuruan, namun tingkat kepatuhannya masih tergolong rendah. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada tiga faktor internal dari wajib pajak, yaitu sejauh mana mereka memahami kewajiban perpajakan, tingkat kesadaran dalam memenuhi kewajiban tersebut, dan tingkat kemandirian dalam proses pelaporan serta pembayaran pajak melalui sistem self-assessment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner langsung kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Statistics versi 26. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pajak.Temuan Penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa secara parsial, tingkat pemahaman wajib pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak, dan self assessment system berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel juga memiliki pengaruh yang berarti terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang berada di bawah ambang batas 0,05. <p>Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran produk, termasuk pada sektor makanan beku (<em>frozen food</em>). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen terhadap produk <em>frozen food</em>. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen produk <em>frozen food </em> di wilayah Kota Bengkulu, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel independen (digital marketing) dan variabel dependen (minat beli).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin optimal penerapan strategi digital marketing, seperti promosi melalui media sosial, kualitas konten digital, dan kemudahan akses informasi produk, maka semakin tinggi pula minat beli konsumen terhadap produk <em>frozen food</em>. <p><em>The development of digital technology has transformed the way businesses, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), market their products. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and product quality on customer satisfaction in MSMEs in Bengkulu City. Customer satisfaction plays a vital role in ensuring business sustainability, especially for MSMEs that must compete in a dynamic and competitive market environment.This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 91 respondents who were customers of various MSMEs in Bengkulu City. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables (digital marketing and product quality) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). Validity and reliability tests, as well as classical assumption tests, were conducted to ensure the accuracy and suitability of the research instruments and model.The results of the study indicate that both digital marketing and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. <p><em>VarasyspeedShop is an online store focused on selling motorcycle accessories and spare parts through the Shopee E-Commerce platform, with an active digital promotion strategy and ongoing product optimization efforts. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion strategy, service quality, and product optimization on consumer loyalty in the VarasyspeedShop store. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a purposive sampling method and involving 116 respondents. The research results show that: (1) promotional strategy has a significant influence on consumer loyalty, (2) service quality has a significant influence on loyalty, (3) product optimization also has a significant influence on consumer loyalty, and (4) all three variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the formation of customer loyalty. These findings provide strategic implications for E-Commerce players to maximize targeted promotions, consistently improve services, and optimize products to meet consumer needs.</em></p>Salman AlfarisyM. <p><em>This study aims to evaluate employee satisfaction with the General Administration Services at Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar in 2024 and 2025. The services evaluated include human resources, finance, state-owned goods (BMN), public relations, and information technology (IT). Data were collected through surveys of 139 employees in 2024 and 146 employees in 2025, with participation rates of 70.5% and 97.3%, respectively. Quantitative analysis showed a significant increase in employee satisfaction across all service dimensions, with an average of 83.8% in 2025 compared to 53.94%–67.99% in 2024. Qualitative analysis revealed the need to strengthen coordination, improve IT infrastructure, and provide technical training for administrative staff. These findings highlight the importance of internal feedback evaluation as a strategic instrument for transforming vocational education administrative services.
