Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen di Kedai Kopi Soedjenk Kota Bengkulu

The purpose of this study, among others, to determine the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Soedjeng Coffee Shop, Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Bengkulu City Soedjenk coffee shop. The sample used in this study were 60 people. In this study, researchers used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing q`uestionnaires. Further data analysis used a simple linear regression analysis instrument test, coefficients, determination, and also hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Pengaruh Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) terhadap Pendapatan Pedagang Pasar Panorama Kota Bengkulu

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Free Nutritious Meal Program (Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG) on traders’ income at Panorama Market, Bengkulu City. The MBG program is a government policy that not only focuses on improving students’ nutritional status but also has the potential to generate economic impacts through increased demand for local food commodities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample consists of 50 food traders selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the MBG program has a positive and significant effect on traders’ income. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 2.03 + 2.12X, a t-value of 4.71 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.01, and an R² value of 0.75, indicating that 75% of the variation in traders’ income is explained by the MBG program. The most significant impact is experienced by traders of essential food commodities such as vegetables, eggs, and meat. In conclusion, the MBG program not only contributes to social welfare through improved nutrition but also acts as a driver of local economic activity by increasing trade activities in traditional markets, Bengkulu City.

Penerapan Model Integratif Perilaku Organisasi: Faktor yang mempengaruhi Komitmen Kerja Tenaga Pendidik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komitmen kerja tenaga pendidik dengan meninjau keterkaitan antara nilai pribadi, kepuasan kerja, spiritualitas kerja, dan ketekunan (grit) dalam perspektif perilaku organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melalui pendekatan Integrative Literature Review (ILR) terhadap dua artikel jurnal internasional bereputasi Scopus Q1 terbitan tahun 2024–2026. Fenomena meningkatnya sistem kerja fleksibel dan hybrid pasca pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan tantangan baru bagi organisasi pendidikan, khususnya terkait loyalitas dan turn over tenaga pendidik. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa komitmen profesional guru dan dosen tidak dibentuk oleh satu faktor tunggal, melainkan melalui kombinasi antara pilar internal-spiritual dan pilar eksternal-struktural organisasi. Pada konteks dosen, kepuasan kerja yang meliputi gaji, peluang promosi, dan supervisi terbukti menjadi faktor dominan dalam meningkatkan komitmen profesional. Sementara itu, pada konteks guru sekolah Islam, spiritualitas Islami dan grit berperan penting dalam membangun komitmen karir jangka panjang. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai spiritual yang bersifat abstrak tidak secara otomatis meningkatkan komitmen kerja tanpa diterjemahkan ke dalam perilaku kerja nyata seperti ketekunan, disiplin, dan konsistensi. Selain itu, struktur organisasi yang suportif, kepemimpinan berbasis coaching, serta pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan berkontribusi dalam menjaga loyalitas dan keberlangsungan karir tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoritis bagi pengembangan ilmu perilaku organisasi dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, sekaligus menjadi rekomendasi praktis bagi institusi pendidikan dalam membangun lingkungan kerja yang mendukung komitmen profesional tenaga pendidik.

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational structure by the Human Capital Division in improving work productivity at PT. Proteksi Jaya Mandiri Bengkulu, as well as to identify the challenges encountered. The research employs an associative qualitative method with a field research approach, using snowball sampling techniques involving five informants from office staff and employees. The results indicate that the Human Capital Division plays a strategic role in designing an effective organizational structure by positioning employees as key assets that need to be developed to enhance company value and productivity. An organizational structure aligned with functions, roles, and expertise contributes to increased effectiveness and efficiency in company performance. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, including organizational, operational, managerial, and personal aspects. To address these issues, the Human Capital Division manages human resources through recruitment, training, career development, compensation and rewards, and the establishment of an adaptive work culture to support the achievement of the company’s vision and mission.

This research aims to find out the Effect of Price, and Scarcity of 3kg Lpg on Consumer Decisions at PT. Bengkoelen Blessed The Atmosphere In A District As Wide As The City Of Bengkulu. The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) whether the price of 3kg LPG has a significant effect on consumer decisions, (2) whether the scarcity of 3kg LPG has a significant effect on consumer decisions, (3) whether the price and scarcity of 3kg LPG simultaneously affect consumer decisions. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 3kg lpg consumers. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents taken using the distribution of questionnaires and data analysis techniques. The results of the partial test (t), showed the presence of a Sig value. (0.000) is less than 0.05, this shows that the Price variable has a significant influence on Consumer Decisions. In other words, changes in Price will significantly affect Consumer Decisions. just like Price, because the value of Sig. (0.000) is less than 0.05, this shows that the Scarcity variable also has a significant influence on Consumer Decisions. While the calculated F Value is 27,722. the result of statistical calculations that compare the variations explained by the regression model with unexplained variations (residual). The significance value is 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted which means that price, scarcity has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions at PT. Bengkoelen blessed the atmosphere in a sub-district as wide as the city of Bengkulu. The result of the determination coefficient value of 0.364 means that the price variable, scarcity is able to explain the variation of the consumer decision variable of 36.4% and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables that are not studied. That is, the scarcity of a product or service significantly affects consumer decisions. Suggestions for the next researcher can develop new variables so that the results are more in-depth from the variables studied by the researcher.

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Keputusan Pemberian Kredit Pada Bank Bri Kota Bengkulu

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance on credit decision-making at Bank BRI Bengkulu City, focusing on credit risk and banking policies. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a financial ratio analysis approach for the 2022–2024 period, including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and credit risk ratios. The results show that the financial performance of Bank BRI Bengkulu City positively and significantly affects credit decision-making. Improved liquidity and profitability increase management’s confidence in extending credit, while credit risk control through the 5C principle helps reduce potential non-performing loans. Therefore, good financial performance serves as a strategic foundation in strengthening sustainable credit decision-making.
