Abstrak

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a crucial role in the local economy, but often face limited market reach and low technology adoption in the digital era. This community service activity aims to provide digital marketing counseling and training for micro entrepreneurs to increase understanding, skills and product competitiveness in the digital market. The methods used include lecture methods (counseling), demonstrations, and direct practical assistance (workshops) in creating creative content as well as using social media (Facebook/Instagram) and marketplaces as marketing tools. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' digital literacy, marked by the ability of business actors to manage digital business accounts, produce attractive product photos, and expand promotional reach. This program has proven effective in empowering MSMEs to adapt to changes in consumer behavior, which in turn is expected to increase sales and competitiveness of local products in a sustainable manner.
