Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Aplikasi E-tanahku di Kecamatan Semidang Lagan Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the "Sentuh Tanahku" application can facilitate the process of land certificate issuance for the public; however, the implementation process still faces numerous obstacles and challenges. The "e-Tanahku" application (or the local agency's official equivalent) was initiated to improve access to land services, enhance process transparency, accelerate service delivery, and minimize instances of maladministration. This study employs a qualitative research method, prioritizing the interpretation of meaning over generalization. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively by describing and interpreting data obtained from key informants in the field. With the commitment and cooperation of all stakeholders—ranging from the National Land Agency (BPN), local governments, sub-district and village authorities, to the general public—the implementation of the "e-Tanahku" policy in Semidang Lagan Sub-district can become more effective in the future. Digital transformation in land services aims not only to expedite administrative processes but also to realize public services that are transparent, accountable, and equitable for all segments of society
